Pretty sure their free delivery is only for UK. For international, you usually have to pay a fee, but you can check on their site for the exact cost to the US.

I've ordered from them to Germany before and had to pay shipping, so I'd assume it's the same for the US. Not sure about free delivery codes, though, haven't seen one for international.

Mine took about a week and a half to get to LA, but that was before Christmas, so maybe a bit longer than usual. They ship from the UK so it's not super fast.

I'd say give it at least 7-10 business days for international shipping, especially to the US. Not a super quick turnaround like Amazon or anything.
